WHO WE ARE
J2LR is a Commercial Building General Contractor located in the Indianapolis area. J2LR specializes in convenience stores, gas stations, strip malls and other similar type buildings. Our projects have ranged from simple remodels to complete turn key/ground up operations. J2LR covers almost all of Indiana and has primarily been working in Indianapolis and its surrounding counties.

Here We Go
Well we started on the project in Franklin and when it gets done it will be awesome. In other news we are making great progress on the jobs on Shadeland Avenue and getting close to completion on the job at Southeastern and Sherman. The web page here looks great and works great. We are working on a brand new section that will be called “Portfolio” and will be up and running as soon as I can get the right pictures for the appropriate jobs. If you are interested in our jobs I could e-mail you some of our work, just let us know.
IT’S OPEN!!!
We are finished with the remodel at Kentucky Ave. and the owner opened the store on Wednesday Oct. 22 and is pleased with the results. This week another client of ours closed on the loan for the project in Franklin IN., ground breaking to start on Monday October 27. I have just learned that the project at State Street will be starting in about a week or so. See ya around.

Well we are under way on several projects and things are going well. We currently have two ground ups under roof and a remodel that should be done in about a week. The air is starting to get a little chilly in the mornings and football is in full bloom, Fall is definately here. We are making arrangements and scheduling for the upcoming winter months.
